Rachelle Richard-Collette
Rachelle is the Executive Director and the Market Manager of the Bouctouche Farmers’ Market. She is the engine that keeps this food train rolling. She has over 30 years of practical experience in business, economic, community and tourism development. Her quest for excellence is a top priority and as many can attest her vision for the Market is a BOLD one. Her favourite saying? “We haven’t come this far to only come this far!”
Kathy Gildart
Kathy is a bona fide foodie. She manages the SARRIETTE Boutique at the Bouctouche Farmers’ Market and is a Community Food Mentor. Her motto? Changing the world one GOOD, CLEAN & FAIR bite at a time. “For me, food is nourishment, life-giving and beautiful. To this day I am still amazed that a tiny seed grows into something that feeds and sustains me. I think farmers are rock stars and should be celebrated all year long!”
Annie Savoie
Annie is the lead Bouctouche Farmers’ Market Chef, a Community Food Mentor and the owner of Seasons Food and Catering. She is a certified Red Seal Chef who strives to make each meal a unique experience. Her passion for food and innovative ways of thinking makes her a force to be reckoned with. When she is not in the Flavourful Kitchen teaching and doing live demos, she is planning and executing one-of-a-kind events for tourists, community organizations and corporate clients.
Lise Fournier
Lise is as unique as they come. She can teach, she can cook and boy, does she love to laugh! From the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, through the hallways of many schools, to her own Kitchen and Learning Centre, Lise is focused on improving your health through local, tasty, simple foods. At the BFM, you can find her drumming up a crowd in the Flavourful Kitchen, teaching Community Food Mentors and getting you to taste and like veggies you never knew grew in New Brunswick. Her favourite vegetable? Kohlrabi, of course.
Ronald Pellerin
Ronald is the man behind the women. The muscles, so to speak. He’s a committed BFM vendor and the Logistics Coordinator at the Market. When he’s not pulling, pushing and lifting, he’s making someone smile by cracking a pretty funny joke.
