The Bouctouche Farmers’ Market is pleased to invite you to the first event of the 2026 season. This four course MAPLELICIOUS dinner will be held on Saturday April 18^th, 2025, at 6:30pm.

A culinary journey celebrating maple, spice, and refined comfort

A modern fine-dining concept celebrating Canadian maple traditions fused with global spice influences.

The delectable 4-course maple menu will be created by chefs Marc Surette & Annie Savoie:

Maple roasted parsnip velouté with cracked peppercorn gouda garnished with pears

Blackcurrant granita with maple biscotti (palette cleanser)

~

Maple curry chicken fettucine with garlic bread

~Or~

Maple curry salmon fettucine with garlic bread

Maple sugar pie layered chai cheesecake

There will be a maple inclined bar featuring local delights. Background music.

The Maple Menu for Sunday will be simplified this year for a reduced ticket price. Chef Marc Surette will be in the kitchen making maple pancakes with accompaniments. The famous baked beans from Michael’s Hearty Meals will also be on the menu.
