Strawberry Salsa and Cinnamon Crisp

Ingredients for salsa

l cup chopped local strawberries
l cup chopped local apples
l tablespoon local honey or maple syrup


Mix together and let sit.
Preheat oven to 350°

Ingredients for cinnamon crisps

2 tablespoons of local honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
6 flour tortillas, (6-inch} or homemade crackers.


Blend honey or maple syrup and cinnamon together.
Using a pastry brush, lightly (very important} brush the mixture on the tortilla.
With a sharp knife, quickly put the tortillas in triangles.
Spread on a sheet pan or cookie sheet and toast until crisp.
