Rachelle is the Executive Director and the Market Manager of the Bouctouche Farmers’ Market. She is the engine that keeps this food train rolling. She has over 30 years of practical experience in business, economic, community and tourism development. Her quest for excellence is a top priority and as many can attest her vision for the Market is a BOLD one. Her favourite saying? “We haven’t come this far to only come this far!”

Kathy is a bona fide foodie. She manages the SARRIETTE Boutique at the Bouctouche Farmers’ Market and is a Community Food Mentor. Her motto? Changing the world one GOOD, CLEAN & FAIR bite at a time. “For me, food is nourishment, life-giving and beautiful. To this day I am still amazed that a tiny seed grows into something that feeds and sustains me. I think farmers are rock stars and should be celebrated all year long!”
