How to become a Vendor

VENDOR APPLICATION FORM – 2026 SEASON

It’s going to be a great season. Will you be joining us ?

We are the 1st Slow Food Earth Market in Canada. We have high standards for locally produced products that are consistent with the brand we have built over the past years.

To be accepted as a vendor is a privilege. It is not an automatic approval when submitting the application form.  

VENDOR CRITERIA:

Locally produced, locally-sourced and homemade products (Make it, Bake it, Grow it)

Please read the introduction of the application form very carefully to understand the mandate and the priorities of the Market as well as the Rules & Regulations document for updates on criteria this year.

Note: NO reselling of products or direct selling of network marketing products.

NEW VENDORS: It is strongly recommended that the new prospective vendors contact the Market Manager a few weeks in advance to discuss eligibility of the products proposed and to determine if the vendor is a good fit before submitting a formal vendor application.

DATES IN 2026

REGULAR SEASON: Saturdays from May 16th – October 10th (22 weeks)

FALL MARKET: Saturdays from October 17th – November 28th (7 weeks)

CHRISTMAS MARKET: Friday December 4th & Saturday December 5th

SPECIAL MARKET – Le 15 août (la fête de l’Acadie): Saturday Aug 15th from 8am to 2:30pm
