Located in Cocagne, New Brunswick, Ferme Marcel Goguen is a historic family farm with roots dating back to 1778. Apple production began in the 1990s, followed by a vegetable operation in 1998. Today, the farm features 6 acres of apple trees, 4 acres of mixed vegetables, and a variety of small livestock. The farm also showcases a unique collection of local antiques from the 1920s and 1930s, celebrating the region’s agricultural heritage.

Located in Bouctouche, New Brunswick, Ferme Michaud has been a family farm since 1969 and is now proudly operated by its fourth generation. After years of dairy farming, potato production, and cattle raising, the farm has focused on vegetable production since 1978. Today, they cultivate over 650 acres, including vegetables and strawberries, along with hay and green manure crops. Ferme Michaud also offers pick-your-own strawberries, inviting the community to enjoy fresh, locally grown produce.

Since 2000, the Groupe de développement durable du Pays de Cocagne (GDDPC) has been working alongside communities across the Cocagne watershed to build a healthier, more sustainable region. This nonprofit organization brings people together to take action for the environment while supporting quality of life, community resilience, and local development. Located in Pleasant Ridge, New Brunswick, Ferme Terre Partagée is a 225-acre family farm dedicated to producing high-quality, locally grown food while caring for the land. Their operation includes pork, cattle, poultry, grain, and organic fruits and vegetables. Since 2011, Rebeka has focused on organic produce, while Jean-Eudes manages the livestock. Together, they continue their family’s farming tradition, bringing fresh, delicious, and responsibly produced food to their community.

Founded in 1978, La Fleur du Pommier is a family-owned farm in Cocagne, New Brunswick, built through a partnership between three families. Today, the farm is home to 15,000 apple trees across 80 acres of cultivated land. Dedicated to quality and innovation, La Fleur du Pommier has invested in modern facilities, including controlled-atmosphere warehouses that help preserve the freshness and quality of its apples throughout the winter. The farm is also committed to environmentally friendly practices and to strengthening the local agricultural community. As a Really Local member, La Fleur du Pommier values collaboration, sharing resources, knowledge, expertise, and supporting fellow local producers.

Inspired by Atlantic Canada, Paperhearts.ca also gives new life to materials through recycling and repurposing. Each creation is made to inspire writing, creativity, and the preservation of memories, reflecting the imagination, craftsmanship, and personal connection behind every piece.
